UK Sales & Marketing Director

Our client is an international support services and rental business backed by a large European private equity fund.

The UK business currently turns over circa £50m however is highly acquisitive and is set to grow significantly over the coming years. The successful candidate will report directly to the UK Managing Director and lead a team of field and internal sales, a call centre (outbound and inbound) and a small marketing team, all of which is spread across the UK with key locations near London and Manchester.

Candidates with B2B or support services sales leadership experience will be favoured, along with experience of leading and motivating fragmented teams across multiple locations, all in a high growth and entrepreneurial environment.

Remuneration: £120,000 plus car, 40% bonus, potential for equity participation.
