Lauren graduated from Robert Gordon University in 2018, with an Honours degree in Applied Social Sciences and completed an MSc in Sociology at the University of Aberdeen in 2020. Prior to joining FWB Park Brown as a researcher, she worked in the social care sector for five years, supporting adults with learning disabilities in a variety of aspects in their daily lives.

Lauren is fully certified by the Association of Executive Search & Leadership Consultants (AESC).
