Walker’s Shortbread’s Joe Walker has died aged 83

FWB Park Brown would like to express our condolences following the death of Joe Walker, former Managing Director of Walkers Shortbread, on Thursday 7th October 2021, aged 83.
Joe joined the family business in 1955, when they employed around 20 people, and spent the next 66 years helping to transform Walkers Shortbread into an iconic international brand and an employer of over 1700 staff. Joe retired from his role as Managing Director in August 2020 and remained a Company Director thereafter.
