Scottish Leather Group is looking to appoint an outstanding Operations Director who will own this philosophy, shaping and driving operational excellence and a smart, connected factory with a safety-first approach.

With the responsibility of leading a workforce of over 300 dedicated individuals, and strong emphasis on building a high performing team and developing a succession plan for the future, the Operations Director will build collaborative relationships with engineering, technical and quality.

We are looking for a leader with natural gravitas who can create a common goal, influence upwards and across the business, and represent the voice of operations for the company.
